Retirement Plan Specialist
Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to support retirement planning services in a dynamic insurance environment? As a Retirement Plan Specialist at M3 Financial, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our service and sales teams by maintaining data integrity and providing exceptional client service. This position offers an excellent blend of administrative support, data management, and client interaction, making it ideal for organized individuals seeking to grow in the financial services industry. Provide essential support to M3Fi service and sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Maintain data integrity across agency management systems including Epic and RPAG. Process new business efficiently and accurately, following established procedures. Prepare service agreements, process RFPs, and develop client/vendor proposals as directed by Client Managers. Review benefits enrollment applications for accuracy and follow up to obtain necessary information. Cross-train in other service areas of M3 Financial, including processing life and disability applications. Collaborate with Client Managers, Retirement Plan Consultants, and other M3 staff to ensure client needs are met. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience and/or training. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to obtain insurance license in Life, Health and Accident within the onboarding period. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality service.
