Join a leading company in aerospace manufacturing, where you will contribute to designing, building, and assembling aerospace structures, systems, and components for commercial, business, regional, and military customers. As an Assembler, you will engage in pre-assembly tasks such as drilling and deburring parts, and assembling component parts by installing ground studs, attaching nut plates, and bonding. You will use hand and pneumatic tools, measuring tools like micrometers and calipers, and perform riveting and countersinking tasks, all guided by aerospace blueprints and schematics. We welcome individuals with a mechanical background, a strong work ethic, and a drive to learn. Responsibilities

Perform pre-assembly tasks such as drilling and deburring. Assemble component parts by installing ground studs and attaching nut plates. Utilize hand and pneumatic tools for assembly processes. Measure parts accurately using micrometers and calipers. Conduct riveting and countersinking operations. Work from aerospace blueprints and schematics. Essential Skills

Prior aerospace assembly experience. Experience with sheet metal. Countersinking and squeezing skills. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Mechanical inclination. Proficiency in using measuring tools like calipers, shim gauges, and height gauges. Ability to read and speak English. Experience with hand tools. Effective communication skills. Ability to read and understand work instructions and blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

Work in a clean, organized manufacturing shop that specializes in steel and sheet metal for aerospace parts. The environment can be heavy and loud, but it is structured to ensure efficiency. The regular shift is from 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of additional hours after training. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
