Night Auditor (PT)
Gamble Sands is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Night Auditor. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Compensation: $18-$20 per hour Key Responsibilities of the Night Auditor: Accurately posts all charges to guest's bills. Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures. Promotes activities and special events the facilities. Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area. Answers guest questions and provides directions. Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts. Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork. Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency. Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties. Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications for the Night Auditor: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Qualifications: Knowledge of lodging system application.
