The company is committed to providing superior results through a people-centric culture. Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Taskforce Sales Manager to join their team. This position requires a highly adaptable individual who can seamlessly step into various properties, providing strategic sales leadership, driving revenue growth, and supporting on-property sales teams during transitions, peak seasons, or special projects. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across group, corporate, and leisure segments. Foster relationships with key clients, travel partners, and event planners. Quickly assess and understand the unique sales needs of each assigned property. Provide hands-on support for RFP responses, contract negotiations, and client site visits. Implement effective sales tactics tailored to the property's target market and brand positioning. Work closely with on-property sales teams, general managers, and corporate leadership. Ensure seamless communication during transitions, ensuring continuity of client relationships. Train and mentor property-level sales associates as needed. Analyze market trends, competitive data, and property performance to adjust strategies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to senior leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of hotel sales experience, with a proven track record of success. Flexibility to travel extensively and work across multiple properties. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software, hotel sales systems, and Microsoft Office. Compensation Range: $1,500.00/Wk. - $1,800.00/Wk. based on qualifications and experience.
