NFI North Summit View has an immediate opening for a Shift Supervisor Wednesday to Saturday position in our Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 13-20. The shift supervisor position includes a combination of direct care and administrative duties. The shift supervisor is responsible for managing a therapeutic milieu, participating in a rotating on-call schedule, and managing shift programming. Additionally, the role requires supervision of Residential Counselors on a weekly to bi-weekly schedule and participating in daily quality assurance of the treatment groups and daily documentation. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology or equivalent plus one year working with youth, equivalent experience will be considered. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making is also required. The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic and creative and have the desire to be part of a team of professionals.
