SAP FICO Lead
Co-ordinate and execute month end-closing and planning process for PSEG. Lead or assist in implementation or upgrade of financial systems. Job Responsibilities
Execute month-end closing process for PSEG's books employing SAP, Hyperion Enterprise, PowerPlant, and Blackline. Execute complex planning processes. Provide Governance for SAP environment using the GRC-RAR module of SAP. Develop and deploy the procedures, controls, and guidelines for updating production financial master data. Ensure compliance with existing SOX controls and identify areas where SOX controls are lacking or can be enhanced. Analyze business requirements and define system solutions to address complex business needs. Translate solutions into new and enhanced SAP Finance/Controlling (CO) functionality or other software in support of Enterprise clients. Provide technical and analytical expertise to ensure the integrity of all financial data. Recommend SAP system configuration activities to improve performance and functionality, reviewing and testing changes. Coordinate, evaluate, and test financial upgrades including new implementations to production environments ensuring the integrity and correctness of financial data. Work with clients, Product Managers, IT, and other SAP Module Experts in a team environment to facilitate efficient and effective business processes. Knowledge of business unit/functional area processes, process dependencies and integration across Enterprise is essential. Job Specific Qualifications
