Position Emphasis: The Department of Surgery at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine, in conjunction with the University of Colorado Hospital, is recruiting a residency-trained Plastic Surgeon to join the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for a 1.0 FTE position available at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. Candidates must have completed an approved Plastic Surgery residency program and be certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. The position will primarily focus on adult hand surgery and may have time and coverage dedicated to general plastic surgery. This position involves the care of patients at the University of Colorado Hospital and its affiliates. The candidate should also demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Degree from an accredited school of medicine Board Eligible or Certification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Completion of Plastic Surgery Fellowship (ACGME accredited) Ability to obtain license to practice as a physician in the state of Colorado with prescriptive privileges Demonstrated experience/training in hand/orthopedic surgical techniques Associate Professor

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as: Assistant Professor: $325,000-$350,000 Associate Professor: $350,000-$415,000 Professor: $415,000 - $450,000 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
