Senior Executive Assistant
Holy Cross Health is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our team! The Senior Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the President and coordinates meetings and recording secretary to the Board of Trustees. Represents the hospital and the administration to organizations. Serves as the key contact for any inquiries to the President's office; facilitates the flow of information among and between senior hospital leadership, medical staff leadership, the Board of Trustees, governmental or private sector executives, and patients or their families. Handles communication with the highest level of discretion and integrity. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Maintains work flow of the office of the President & CEO Manages a variety of critical and confidential tasks with constantly changing priorities. Maintains/controls President's schedule to accommodate fluctuation in priorities. Handles incoming calls in an efficient, courteous manner, often interpreting urgency/priority of contact requests. Composes and prepares correspondence that at times is confidential. Completes projects in a timely manner. Maintains organizational records and files. Arranges travel for the President
completes expense forms. Prepares and monitors operating budget for the office of the President. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred. Five years of experience as an executive assistant. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Strong time management skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities. Ability to prepare and monitor operating budgets for President's office and Board of Trustees. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
