IGN Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to help oversee all financial aspects of our organization and drive the company's financial strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and budgeting to ensure accurate financial reporting and proactive financial decision-making for our strategic initiatives. This role will partner with the business leads, Senior Director of Finance, Accounting team and the Gaming Controller. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, including the coordination of annual budgets, monthly rolling forecasts, and weekly financial projections. Partner extensively with business units, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership to drive financial results and operational improvements. Develop comprehensive financial analysis, provide actionable insights, and make recommendations to support strategic decision-making and identify risks and opportunities. Create and maintain robust financial models and scenario analyses to support various business initiatives and assess ROI. Assist in month end financial close with the Accounting team. Prepare and present actuals vs. budget/forecast variance explanations and detailed financial reports to management. Manage and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and inform business strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Manager or similar role, with at least 7 years in a financial position. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Oracle Fusion and PBCS experience are a plus. Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices. Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with finance and non-finance team members. Work Environment: Work Schedule: Standard full-time working schedule, M-F. There is no expectation for this role to work weekends, holidays, or odd hours. Travel Requirements: No travel is required for this role. Physical Requirements: This role involves typical office and computer-based activities, including prolonged periods of sitting or standing and frequent use of hands, fingers, and vision for tasks such as operating a computer, mouse, and keyboard. Work Model: This is a hybrid position in Los Angeles, CA with a requirement to work out of our offices 3 days each week. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,000 to $150,000, plus incentive compensation (for eligible roles only), 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a flexible time off policy.
