The Role: Seeking a strategic, data-driven, and operationally excellent Director of Learning & Development to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our firmwide learning initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a combination of operational excellence, instructional design mastery, and polished facilitation presence
along with the ability to translate business strategy into a cohesive learning vision. This role is highly collaborative, strategic, and hands-on, requiring both big-picture thinking and strong execution. Responsibilities: Learning Operations & Technology Measurement & Continuous Improvement Learning Strategy & Program Design Program Execution & Delivery Excellence Stakeholder Partnership & Influence Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience within a Learning & Development function, with a strong emphasis on leading and scaling learning operations. Proven experience managing complex, large-scale Learning & Development budgets. Experience managing learning technology platforms. Experience serving as a consultant/advisor in analyzing client needs. Proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects simultaneously. Experience in instructional methods and training techniques. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Strong project management skills. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and learning development tools. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in the professional services industry. Proven experience working in a global organization. Experience with social learning platforms and collaboration tools. Pay Range Guidelines for this Position: The salary range for this position is 170,000 USD to 190,000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills.
