Electrical Project Manager Institutional Projects
This is a chance to join a leading electrical contractor as a Project Manager, overseeing high-profile projects in healthcare, life sciences, and higher education. You'll have the autonomy to run jobs from start to finish while working alongside a supportive leadership team that values your expertise. The Project Manager is responsible for: Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications Lead project meetings and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders The right candidate has the following qualifications: 4+ years of project management experience with an electrical or MEP contractor Preferably projects across Higher Education/Institutional, Federal, and Healthcare sectors Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore The Project Manager will receive: Base salary up to $135K Project Bonuses/Incentives Health Benefits 401k match Flexible PTO Fun Team Culture: Holiday parties, birthday celebrations, lunches & more!
