Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from sourcing and attracting top talent for key field positions to ensuring a smooth hiring process. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. This role requires the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Functions/Duties: Maintain and build a pipeline for key field positions Create requisitions in UKG and post jobs online Work with management on candidate selection Maintain records of sourcing activity and employee records Work with local HR teams to ensure candidates move through the hiring process efficiently Create job offers, schedule background checks, drug screening and physicals Track candidates progress and communicating with candidates Organize and assist site HR to manage new employee orientation, on boarding and training programs Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education Cover all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements What you'll need: Bachelor's degree preferred; 6 years' experience may be considered in lieu of degree 5+ years of sourcing experience required Sourcing in a high-volume environment with previous experience in manufacturing desired Experience with facilitating employee training Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Demonstrated ability to use discretion and good judgement, as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality Knowledge of AAP/EEO regulations relating to personnel selection Ability to travel up 25% Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
