Participates in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.Performs initial nursing assessmentsCounsels patient/caregiver in meeting nursing and related needs.Assigns and coordinates services provided.Assists physician in developing a plan of treatment/care and makes necessary revisions based upon patient's condition/needs.
