The SEO Specialist will also collaborate with partners across the ECPI University Administration and campus locations to develop digital content and marketing plans that are consistent with the University's voice, brand, identity, goals and regulatory bodies.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Leverage tools, including Google Analytics, to monitor, report and act on performance of all website/digital propertiesReport weekly and monthly on all website traffic and engagement growth through data collection and reportsConduct website audits and identify SEO opportunities and present plans to enhance website performanceConduct keyword research to determine the most appropriate and relevant keywords to targetManage the all website properties internal linking structure and enhance to support SEO effortsConduct competitor keyword and website analysisMonitor and report on search engine keyword rankingsCrawl internal and external websites on a regular basis to identify SEO opportunities for improvementPlan and execute a content strategy for ECPI University (and subsequent brands) that enhances the brand awareness, increases visibility and deepens relationships and engagement with key audience segmentsManage brand and identity positioning across all web properties globally including main website, child brands and all paid search landing pagesSkills/Qualifications:Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing positions, with demonstrated successes leading SEO strategy and traffic growthBachelor's degree in Marketing or related fieldExperience in Higher Education vertical is preferredGoogle Analytics and reporting experience is required, Google Analytics Certification preferredStrong writing and editing skills required - must show flexibility in writing styles, including professional voice and creative approach to website copy/contentAbility to measure reach and engagement using analytic/reporting tools in order to develop best practices, create strategic plans and guide communications projects requiredHigh attention to detail requiredExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines requiredECPI University is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
