Senior Manager For Accessories Costing

Who You Are: As the Senior Manager for Accessories Costing, you will be in a critical role in your division achieving its margin target and the pricing strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring the cost accuracy as well as adherence of all costing milestones. What You'll Do: Support on all tasks related to cost, margin and analysis Top level reporting for upper management, including VPs and SVPs Oversee two direct reports, Associate Manager and Manager Communicate with factories on cost related milestones Negotiate with factories on costing and pursue cost savings opportunities Compiling and vetting cost breakdown data against BOM for accuracy and rectify Stay on top of milestones for all Accessories divisions and manage time & action accordingly Communicate costing information to internal partners such as Design, Merchandising and Sales Data entry and maintenance in various system for costing and HTS Document cost trend and savings for the division Ad hoc analysis regarding costs and margin Where possible, come up with process improvement and standardization opportunity You'll Need to Have: A Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of Product Development or Costing experience Strong acumen for managing large sets of numbers and data High proficiency in Excel (pivot table, v-lookup, calculated fields) Strong analytical and computation skills Adaptability and flexibility- balanced and effective in good and challenging times The ability to excel in high pressured environment with competing priorities Strong work ethics and sense of ownership A detailed oriented and organized mindset Strong planning and time management skills MK Perks: Generous Paid Time Off & Holiday Schedule Summer Fridays Internal mobility across Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors Cross-brand Discount Exclusive Employee Sales Fav 5 Cards (MK Discount for friends and family) 401k Match Paid Parental Leave Thrive Wellness Program Commuter Benefits Gym Discounts At Capri Holdings Limited, our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility begins with the candidate experience.
