This is a leadership-driven role focused on supervision, coordination, and project execution. You'll spend the vast majority of your time managing teams and driving resultsnot swinging a hammer. Lead and coordinate on-site crews of 20+ team members Manage commercial construction projects valued at $1M+ Ensure top-tier installation of metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings Read and execute plans from blueprints and construction documents Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines What You Bring
Required: 68 years of experience in commercial construction Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Hands-on knowledge of hand and power tools Expertise in metal/steel framing, drywall systems, and general construction practices Preferred: Prior experience as a Foreman on commercial projects Acoustical ceiling installation expertise Precision in layout, measurement, and planning Proven leadership and communication skills Why You'll Love Working With Us
