Performs clerical support in accordance with established procedures as directed by the NAT program coordinator Responsibilities: Prepare NATP participant folders, paperwork and bookwork for each class and ensure adequate copies for class Prepare and Maintain Attendance sheets, classroom, entry log, parking passes, training files, grades, textbook log and clinical instructor welcome sheets for each class Welcome students and all who enter the training center Monitor time clock and ensure trainees are punching in and out Ensure Testing Lab is prepared for testing days Act as a volunteer for testing candidates when needed Maintains resident rights by following HIPAA privacy, security and confidentiality standards Access Certification exam results, document, and maintain in training folder Check Nurse Aide Registry for certifications and file them and send to hiring facility when appropriate Review applications for certification exam, maintain checks for certification exam testing, prepare Fed Ex package for pick up Responsible for ordering supplies Incoming and Outgoing mail Assist NAT students with questions pertaining to schedule, payroll, transportation and program Oversee care, maintenance, and repair of administrative equipment and validating that maintenance log is up-to-date Answering calls Photocopying and material and distribution Assist with creating and printing of various certifications Laminate as needed Performs any other duties necessary as assigned by Supervisor Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age Experience in long-term care facility preferred Experience of at least 1 year in a clerical setting, required Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, such as Excel and Word, required.
