What You'll Do: As our Rental Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that serves as our customer primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape'. Every day, you will be responsible for managing inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business, providing outstanding customer service, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests, making sure equipment is delivered to customers without a hitch, schedule and dispatch drivers, and more! To thrive in this role, you must be a detail person, enjoy working at a fast pace, and have a winning attitude. What You Need: Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems. Excellent communication and customer relations skills. Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Knowledge of aerial and construction equipment.
