Chemistry Student Peer Leader 2
Chemistry Student Peer Mentors hold a weekly workshop for students enrolled in either CHEM 1612 or CHEM 1622; assign grades for the workshop; keep computer records; answer questions; assemble instructional materials; and perform other duties as assigned. In addition, the peer mentors will work closely with new peer leaders, leading a weekly meeting focused on the development of chemistry knowledge, as well as facilitation strategies. Peer leaders will be hourly student employees of the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry. Peer mentors will be responsible for approximately 4 hours of work per week. Required: Chemistry Student Peer Leaders will be current undergraduate OSU students who have worked as a chemistry student peer leader for more than 2 semesters. Location:
