Custodian
is responsible for janitorial and building appearance aspects of the branch.

Responsibilities
Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Clean mirrors in fitness center & group ex rooms. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, handrails, and windowsills. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment. Assist with special cleaning & maintenance projects as assigned. Dust, mop and brush clean stairways, handrails per scheduled or request. Vacuum carpets and doormats per schedule or request. Inform management staff or maintenance needs around the facility. Qualifications
Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, including buffing and floor maintenance Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, polishers, carpet cleaners, and solutions in dry, liquid, powder, spray and aerosol forms. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects or equipment if required. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work in conditions that will create dirt and dust. Benefits
