Your Impact
Creative Direction & Strategy Partner with Art Directors and Creative Directors to set the creative direction and visual strategy for projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals and business objectives. Shape culturally resonant brands through conceptual and strategic thinking across a full spectrum of deliverables, including brand systems, campaigns, social assets, video content, websites, storyboards, visual identity, emails, and 360° marketing collateral. Design Excellence
Translate creative briefs into compelling, polished solutions with a strong aesthetic rooted in design trends, storytelling, and brand consistency. Adapt design systems across diverse brand ecosystems, from responsive web and native applications to environmental and experiential design. Design storyboards and establish creative vision for motion projects, integrating visual storytelling into campaign work. Leadership & Mentorship
Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to junior designers, fostering skill growth and encouraging creative experimentation. Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring they meet agency standards for quality, innovation, and impact. Client Collaboration
Engage directly with clients to understand their vision, present design recommendations, and address feedback constructively. Serve as a trusted creative partner, balancing client goals with design innovation. Quality Assurance
Maintain design excellence from concept through delivery, participating in detailed quality checks and ensuring flawless execution. Collaborate seamlessly with creative, strategy, marketing, and development teams for smooth, on-time delivery. Trend Awareness & Innovation

4+ years of professional design experience, preferably with agency exposure. A portfolio showcasing mastery in typography, brand systems, art direction, and attention to detail. Experience designing across the full creative spectrum - from brand identity and 360° campaigns to social, video, and digital experiences. Strong conceptual thinking paired with hands-on execution skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a readiness to explore new tools and technologies. Interest or experience in motion and video design. Ability to create for diverse industries (B2B & B2C). Love of typography and a keen eye for design trends. Commitment to continuous learning and skill development. Knowledge of AI-powered design tools for mockups, prototypes, and ideation. Strong communication skills for both giving and receiving feedback. Positive, collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior team members. Experience creating simple animations and GIFs - a plus. Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our NYC office. Additional Information
