The Multicultural Student Services is seeking a team member to provide administrative support and leadership, including office management, administrative assistance, organizational tasks, clerical duties, budget, purchasing, and data management. This position is crucial to ensuring smooth office operations and reports directly to the Director. Essential qualities include advanced interpersonal communication and intercultural skills, computer literacy, budgetary skills, and the ability to skillfully manage multiple priorities. Administrative Assistant III AD003 Key Job Responsibilities:

Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations Develops, implements, and maintains methods and organizational systems directed at the maintenance of electronic/physical records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures Develops, sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures Prepares and audits complex records, edits documents, and reviews work done by others Serves as a primary point of contact for individuals and groups, provides organizational information via phone, in person, and through other communication mediums Compensation:

Minimum starting salary of $20.00, commensurate with qualifications and experience. A six-month probationary period is required. High school diploma Minimum two years of experience working in a clerical related setting Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree More than one-year experience in a clerical related position in higher education, public agency, or non-profit Intercultural experiences with individuals from all diverse backgrounds who have overcome educational barriers Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and/or external stakeholders More than one-year budget management experience in higher education, public agency, or non-profit Working knowledge of purchasing and database systems (i.e. Workday, Peoplesoft or similar system) How to Apply:
