Fabricator Welders
We're seeking skilled and safety-conscious Fabricator Welders to join our fabrication and construction team. In this role, you'll be responsible for welding and assembling structural components used in buildings, bridges, industrial facilities, and more. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on structural steel components Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with specifications Grind, cut, and prep metal surfaces as needed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum 2 years of welding experience in structural or industrial settings Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques Ability to pass weld tests and certifications (AWS, ASME, etc.) Familiarity with basic fabrication tools and measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions/environments What We Offer
