BIM/VDC Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM/VDC Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in virtual design and construction (VDC) and building information modeling (BIM) within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. This role involves developing and managing 3D/4D BIM models, coordinating with various teams, and supporting field teams with model-based workflows. Responsibilities

Develop and manage 3D/4D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other VDC tools. Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project goals. Perform clash detection and lead resolution meetings with stakeholders. Generate construction visualizations and simulations to support planning and sequencing. Maintain model integrity and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Support field teams with model-based workflows and digital coordination. Essential Skills

7-10 years of experience in VDC/BIM roles within the AEC industry. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other modeling tools. Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work on-site in El Paso, TX, with a willingness to travel. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with data center or mission-critical projects is a strong plus. 2+ years of construction or related experience. 7+ years of BIM-related experience. Work Environment

This position is based in El Paso, Texas. Candidates must be willing to travel to El Paso or be local to the area. The project duration could extend for multiple years. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
