We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate Director of Analytics to join our Measurement team at Whalar. This isn't just about crunching numbersit's about transforming complex campaign data into powerful, actionable stories that drive smarter decisions and bigger results. In this role, you'll lead the charge on learning agendas, measurement frameworks, and collaborative problem-solving for some of the most innovative creator marketing campaigns in the industry. You'll uncover trends, spot opportunities, and help your team deliver insights that shape strategies for global brands. Here's What You'll Do Day-to-Day
Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of data from a variety of sources to inform influencer marketing campaigns Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and insights Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in creator marketing campaigns Work with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support decision-making Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, setting goals and providing feedback and support Ensure the smooth operation of the analytics function, including data quality control and process improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and influencer marketing Provide leadership and guidance to the analytics team, developing and implementing best practices and standards Collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics strategy with overall business goals and objectives Here's What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science 7+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Google Suite of products, specifically Sheets, and Looker Familiarity with social media platforms and creator marketing is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong experience managing and developing a team of data analysts Experience implementing and maintaining data quality control processes a plus Demonstrated ability to align analytics strategy with business goals and objectives The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and, ultimately budget approvals.
