We're looking for a veterinary receptionist who is: A natural on the phoneconfident, kind, and clear Energizing and empatheticbringing positivity to every interaction Friendly and welcomingin person, over the phone, and everywhere in between A team playerready to support the entire hospital with a can-do attitude Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm and professional even on busy days What you'll do: Be the warm, welcoming voice and face for our clients and patients Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client communications Help keep our front desk flowing efficiently while making each client feel like family Support our medical team to ensure excellent patient care from check-in to check-out What we offer: A supportive, close-knit team environment A chance to be part of an AAHA-accredited hospital committed to excellence Opportunities for growth, learning, and development Utilizing standard office/business equipment. Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures. Flexible schedule including some weekend and holiday shifts. Experience with veterinary software is preferred. Understanding logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, good judgment and ability to manage stressful situations.
