Qualifications for Senior or General Superintendent: New Construction / renovations on Healthcare, mission critical, casino, hospitality projects with confidence in overseeing them from start to finish 9+ years experience in commercial construction as acting General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent Ability to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification Responsible for quality control and safety of projects so will need self motivation, wont be micromanaged Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity Project experience in the $30m - $200m a plus, but also looking for those that are the "difference makers" Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs Knowledge of High Rise / Tower construction and procedures Commercial, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Gaming/Casino, Hospitality experience is all preferred!
