Maintenance Tech/Mechanic
This is a technical hands-on position for a Maintenance Mechanic to support the entire facility. The role involves performing various maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventive maintenance, with a focus on forklifts, equipment, building systems, and conveyors. Responsibilities
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on forklifts and equipment, comprising 50% of daily activities. Conduct building maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, and generator upkeep, accounting for 20% of daily responsibilities. Troubleshoot and maintain conveyors and some PLC systems, which will encompass 30% of the daily workload. Essential Skills
Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance. High mechanical knowledge and experience. Understanding of PLC systems and troubleshooting conveyors. Experience in facilities maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and hydraulic systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role, focusing on facilities, mechanical, and technical aspects. Mechanical inclination and proficiency in repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on equipment and forklifts. Why Work Here?
