Communications Member Services
We're seeking a motivated and friendly Communications Member Services role to join our team in a role that supports both our homeowners' association operations and the vibrant lifestyle of our community club. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and organized, with a passion for community engagement and facility excellence. - Schedule, manage, and/or create all facets of internal member communication - Creates and distributes all regular member correspondence including but not limited to: Monthly Member Newsletter, Club announcements, and seasonal procedural updates. - Manage club's website and social media content - Develop and produce content and assets for all media channels including website - Assist with external marketing campaigns - Creates and designs flyers, posters, website emails, newsletters, menus, brochures, creative copy, presentations, data entry, digital signage, and learns new applications as they may arise. - Generates content, manage, update and maintain overall activity on web page and all social media platforms - Develops and implements marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, content marketing, etc. - Member Services Concierge tasks: emails, phone calls, and positive communications with members. - Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally, assisting members with questions, requests, and reservations. - Greet and interact with members in a warm and welcoming manner, creating a positive and friendly environment. - Provide helpful information about club amenities, events, and services, ensuring each member feels supported and valued. - Maintain a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset while working in a fast-paced, member-focused setting. Education/Certificates/Licenses/Training: High school Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
