Your role will be essential in maintaining quality of life, advocating for patient needs, and helping families feel secure throughout their loved one's journey. If you are committed to compassionate, relationship-based care, we invite you to apply.CNA (STNA) Full-time Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMCNA (STNA) Full-time Qualifications:Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification.Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification3-6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required.Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization.Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.Travel to the office located in Dayton, OH, is required.
