Patient Care Manager
The Jackson Clinics Physical Therapy is a nationally recognized Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Physical Therapy group in Virginia. We are seeking an organized and energetic Patient Care Manager to join our team of highly motivated individuals. Our clinics provide a fast-paced and highly rewarding work environment where you can grow, learn, and earn competitive compensation ($23 - $25 per hour depending on experience). The Jackson Clinics is a physical therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy group committed to providing a level of care and a patient experience unlike the "average physical therapy clinic." We provide care for our patients specific to their individual needs and presentations. An Ideal Patient Care Manager Thrives: Plan, organize, and manage the clerical aspect of the clinic, including preparation, communication, and coordination of important operations of designated clinic. Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service. Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge Answering questions and scheduling patients. Verifying personal and financial information. Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records. Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments. Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned Ensure compliance with all OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent. Excellent communication skills Proficient in Word and Excel Close attention to details Great time management and organizational skills Able to start work when our clinics open (7am) Minimum of 3 years in medical administrative position with proficient insurance knowledge (Preferred) Additional Information
