Commercial Carpenter
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Carpenter to join our team, specializing in wood and metal stud framing, acoustic ceiling installation, and drywall backing. The ideal candidate will be adept at reading blueprints and accurately laying out framing systems, ensuring precision in every task. Responsibilities
Perform wood and metal stud framing. Install acoustic ceilings and drywall backing. Accurately read and interpret blueprints to layout framing systems. Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware, including locks, closers, and panic devices. Utilize hand and power tools proficiently. Adhere to construction safety standards. Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Essential Skills
Proficiency in reading blueprints. Experience with hand and power tools. Understanding of construction safety standards. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of commercial carpentry experience. OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications (preferred but not required). Boom Lift and Scissor Lift certifications (preferred but not required). First Aid and CPR certifications(preferred but not required). Why Work Here?
