Commercial Systems Training Manager
The Commercial Systems Training Manager will lead the design, delivery, and ongoing management of end-to-end systems training for all Commercial Teamssetting priorities, establishing standards, and measuring adoption to ensure lasting impact. Focused on key platforms such as CRM Dynamics, Power BI, Oracle Order Management, and other enablement tools, this role bridges the gap between system deployment and real-world user adoption, helping Fluke realize full value from its technology investments. Key Responsibilities Training Strategy & Development Develop and maintain a comprehensive training strategy aligned to user roles and business processes. Partner with system owners and SMEs to ensure training content reflects real system usage and current business processes. Develop reporting mechanisms to measure adoption, usage, and training ROI. Use analytics and feedback to identify skill gaps and prioritize high-impact training interventions. Training Delivery & Enablement Conduct live group and 1:1 training sessions (in person and virtual). Design and deploy scalable web-based systems training modules related to commercial systems. Own and manage training for new hire onboarding across commercial functions. Create and maintain standard work for systems training delivery, onboarding, and update cycles to ensure consistency and scalability. Develop and maintain a library of on-demand training resources to maximize knowledge retention (microlearning, simulations, scenario-based training, etc.) Utilize an LMS or similar platform to host, assign, and track training completion. Day-to-Day Support & Feedback Loop Support Tier 1 system usage questions, taking ownership of training-related support needs and determining whether issues are training-related or technical. Maintain feedback loop with BI, IT, and Commercial Ops teams to surface recurring challenges and recommend improvements. Change Management & Communication Support adoption efforts during new system rollouts or major enhancements. Communicate system updates and training availability clearly and regularly to end users. Influence and align with senior sales, operations, and product leadership to embed systems best practices into business processes. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Systems, Enablement, or similar roles. Proven experience training end users on CRM, reporting tools, or ERP systems. Strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and translating technical content into user-friendly language. Proven record of championing new ways of working, guiding teams through transitions with clear communication and enthusiasm. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Oracle (or similar platforms). Experience with LMS platforms. Passion for improving user experience and solving root-cause issues.
