Personal Lines Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients while managing their personal insurance needs. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for policy servicing, renewals, and coverage questions, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include: Managing a book of personal lines accounts, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other property & casualty coverages. Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues. Assisting clients with renewals, endorsements, billing, and claims support. Reviewing policies for accuracy, coverage adequacy, and compliance with company standards. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products to meet client needs. Collaborating with producers, underwriters, and carriers to ensure smooth policy placement and servicing. Maintaining accurate records in the agency management system. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management. Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain). Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages, underwriting, and carrier guidelines. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
