Within Amazon Advertising, the Programmatic Solutions Consultants are focused on providing consultative services and support to advertisers and agencies using Amazon's Demand Side Platform Self Service Product. Key Job Responsibilities: Leading large-scale initiatives focused on influencing Salesforce, Finance, and Business teams. Partnering with Amazon's Programmatic Solutions Consultants globally to gather feedback and influence feature development. Working with a cross-functional team to create the smoothest experience for internal stakeholders and advertisers. Assessing business challenges by gathering and synthesizing relevant data. Building shared strategy and execution plans with in-market business leaders, product and automation leads, and scaled cross-functional services teams. Creating and tracking project plans to ensure accountability and establishing clear KPIs to measure program success. Drafting executive level & team presentations, analyzing data, designing processes, and recognizing and advocating for removal of systemic blockers. Documenting best practices and learnings for future initiatives. Influencing and training team members and cross-functional teams on new processes and tools. A Day in the Life: Drive operational controllership and develop mechanisms to automate and operate at scale. Collaborate directly and indirectly with teams across N. America, EU, and APAC. Strategic in thinking, analytical in approach, and have a demonstrated ability to influence decisions. Problem-solving capabilities across both technical and non-technical teams. Scale resources, processes, and tools to support a fast growing, start-up like business. Focus on key programs and mechanisms to ensure accelerated business growth. About the Team: Amazon Ads helps brands create experiences that delight customers and deliver meaningful results. With 300+ million worldwide active customer accounts, and first-party insights based on shopping, streaming, and browsing signals, brands can craft relevant campaigns that enhance customer experiences. Our programmatic advertising platform, the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP), is becoming increasingly popular with major advertisers and agencies worldwide. Basic Qualifications: Experience in a client facing consultative role working with large, complex enterprise customers. Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers. Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis. 8+ years of program/project experience in the advertising space. Preferred Qualifications: MBA. Experience with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising technologies. Programmatic advertising background with execution experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
