Electromechanical Assembler
Join as a Mechanical Assembly & Integration Technician and play a pivotal role in assembling and integrating cutting-edge diagnostic equipment used in hospitals across the United States. You will work hands-on with precision tools to integrate sub-assemblies into chassis accurately and efficiently. This role requires meticulous attention to detail as you follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with 100+ steps, involving intricate wiring with over 500 cables and making 900+ connections. Responsibilities include: Integrate and assemble sub-assemblies into chassis using precision tools. Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for seamless assembly. Align, calibrate, and test the functionality of machines throughout the integration process. Maintain precise records and execute work orders efficiently. Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with a strong commitment to quality and safety. Work independently and prioritize assignments effectively. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team. Essential skills include: Mechanical assembly Electronic assembly Integration Wiring and tubing Machine building Electrical assembly Proficiency in using hand and power tools Strong hand dexterity and focus Additional skills and qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-4 years of relevant experience in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO). Proficiency with Microsoft applications. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform tasks involving standing, bending, and reaching for prolonged periods. Why work here?
