The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on active residential job sites. This includes working closely with subcontractors, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure quality, schedule, and safety are maintained. This person will play a key role in field execution across multiple projects, supporting the delivery of successful ground-up communities. Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site construction activities Coordinate with trade partners, vendors, and internal teams Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance Conduct regular inspections and resolve field issues proactively Support progress reporting and documentation Represent the developer with professionalism and clear communication What They're Looking For
Experience with residential construction (single-family, build-to-rent/sale, or multifamily) Strong understanding of field operations and construction processes Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams across job sites Professionalism, leadership, and a proactive mindset Strong communication and organizational skills Perks & Benefits
