General Production/Machine Operator
Join our team as a 1st or 2nd shift Machine Operator Monday through Friday, where you will play a crucial role in processing mesh fabric into finished products. This position offers an opportunity to work in a clean and well-maintained facility, with a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Operate press machines, vertical presses, slitters, and expanders. Process mesh fabric into finished products using micrometers and calipers. Perform slitting and stapling tasks following detailed work instructions. Stage orders and assist in shipping as needed. Handle 10 plate steel and wire mesh in daily operations. Utilize basic math skills for accurate measuring. Lift up to 50 lbs as required. Assist with machine set-ups and change-overs. Remove rolls and place them into machines. Operate a forklift if trained and experienced. Essential Skills: Experience with machine operation. Proficiency in basic math and use of micrometers and calipers. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Previous warehouse experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Press machine operation experience. Forklift and overhead crane operation skills. Steel-toed boots are required. Why Work Here?
