This is an Instructor, Senior Instructor, Assistant Professor or Associate Professor position in the division of Endocrinology. As an important member of the Endocrine community practice team, the provider's primary responsibility is outpatient care for patients with all types of endocrine disorders. This is a 1.0 FTE position. All clinics will be at the Highlands Ranch Hospital. Key Responsibilities
Your duties in this faculty position will include: Nine half-day Endocrinology clinics per week. Each half day is 4 hours. Attendance at conferences within the Division and Department. Required Competencies: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The University of Colorado's Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes in the Department of Internal Medicine is an internationally-renowned program that provides comprehensive resources for the diagnosis and management of Endocrine diseases and neoplasms. The Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes has faculty and staff making contributions to research, clinical trials, and nationally recognized patient care. Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment. Skill in applying and modifying the principles, methods, and techniques of medicine to provide on-going patient care. Skill in taking medical history, assessing medical condition, and interpreting findings. Skill in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients and their family members, medical staff, and the public. Ability to maintain quality control standards.
