Replenishment Lead

As a Replenishment Lead, you will play an important part in working with various team members by ensuring that staging, replenishment and directed condensing are completed prior to the processing of client orders. You'll be working with products from some awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle market. What Does Success Look Like in this Role? As a Replenishment Lead, engaging interactions with the team will bring success in this role. Having a keen eye for detail, organization skills and the ability to motivate and celebrate wins with your team are an integral part of the role. You will be on the front lines ensuring that replenishment processes are being accurately followed. The following schedule is available for this role: Monday - Friday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Starting Pay: $21.00/hr Location: 3591 Volunteer Blvd. Henderson, NV, 89044 All About You What You'll Bring to the Role: Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail-oriented Experience in leading personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests) The Must Haves: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc. Things You Will be Doing Ensures cartons and items needed/committed from various stages of the operation reach their destination location through directed put-away, replenishment and condensing. Maintaining the integrity of the seasonal bin reservation program and working w/ management & inventory planners to update and/or modify existing Bin Reservation Plans. In collaboration with the supervisor, plan and handle fluctuating labor requirements to accomplish the day's task. Works with Supervisor, DC Manager and Inventory Management team regarding MIA's and LF to bring to a timely resolution. Ensures that Replenishment & Condensing tasks are completed to ensure utilization of space, while balancing labor requirements and needs. In collaboration with the Supervisor/DC Manager and Inventory Planner, communicate expectations to team members and monitor the daily performance of the area. Ensure there is training, cross-training, and development of team members. Ensure safe operations of the business specific to area of accountability, while being vocal about safety concerns in other areas. Focus on process improvement that will drive efficiency, quality, safety and reduction of waste. Perform other duties as requested. Perks Staff benefits plan
