Enterprise Analyst Program
Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 Program Start: JULY 13, 2026 KeyBank's Enterprise Analyst Program is a multi-week training program. For those still in college, the program facilitates the transition from college to a full-time career at Key. The program provides opportunities to learn about Key's business and strategic pillars, learn about Key's industry-leading employee benefits, engage in exciting networking events with Analysts across various teams, hear from members of the Executive Leadership Team, and receive relevant training ahead of starting in a full-time role. At the conclusion of the multi-week training program, Analysts will enter their Line of Business and begin working with their respective teams within a rotational program within a specific segment or full-time role. Continued development beyond the program is provided through mentorship opportunities with teammates across various levels of the organization that will provide an environment for shared learning and advice, encourage professional development, and assist in the development of career aspirations and goals. Commercial Credit Underwriting Analyst Program
The Commercial Credit Underwriting Analyst Program is designed to build KeyBank risk professionals through intense training, work experiences, cross-functional experiences, robust feedback, and performance management. Analysts will develop skills in credit risk, business analysis, and banking. Essential job functions include spreading and analyzing financial data, conducting period reviews of client credit relationships, testing data integrity, working with various systems and models, communicating with various credit and sales professionals, and conducting analyses and underwriting of existing and new credit transactions. Job Responsibilities
Commercial Credit Analysts are responsible for creating the credit approval document for various credit underwriting activities (new money, modifications, renewals, reviews, etc.). Spread/review financial statements, test covenants, analyze financial and non-financial information to develop a concise focused analytical foundation for a credit decision. Collaborate with relationship managers and credit partners to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the credit process to meet client expectations. Responsible for the development of quality approval documents while adhering to Key Bank's credit policy. Recommend decision to appropriate credit officer. Identify and escalate material issues or trends in a timely manner. May support any of the following underwriting segments: Business Banking, SBA, Middle Market, Agriculture, Private Banking, or NOORE (Non-Owner-Occupied Real Estate). Qualifications
Must obtain a four-year degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field by June 2026. A minimum 3.3 undergraduate GPA preferred. Strong accounting and financial acumen. Good analytical and decision-making skills. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
