What You'll Do as a CNC Machinist: Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Monitor machine operations, make adjustments, and ensure part accuracy Inspect finished parts with precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Perform routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting Maintain a clean and safe workspace following 5S and safety standards Collaborate with engineers and team members to meet production goals Follow AS9100 quality system processes and support continuous improvement Work Experience What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: High school diploma/GED (technical training a plus) 7+ years CNC machining experience (prototype environment preferred) Experience with Okuma OSP controls strongly preferred Proficiency in reading technical drawings & using measurement tools Familiarity with G-code & CNC programming Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods You'll Stand Out With: Multi-axis or live-tooling CNC mastery that takes precision to the next level Experience in high-stakes manufacturing for aerospace or defense In-depth understanding of AS9100 quality systems Proven ability to create inspection documentation such as first article reports and process travelers We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
