Lead QC Micro Analyst Role (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities: Execute Quality Control Microbiology Analyst duties, including environmental monitoring, sample collection, and laboratory support functions. Maintain laboratory supplies and utilize Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for sample and test result tracking. Prepare and submit laboratory investigation reports, and conduct peer reviews of data. Support and monitor analytical team performance, including participation in hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees. Adhere to cleanroom protocols and meet physical demands of the role, including overtime and weekend schedule requirements as needed. Qualifications
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 5 years of Microbiology Laboratory experience 2+ years of leadership experience GMP experience and familiarity with LIMS Strong scientific, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information
