We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Emerging and Converged Products to lead the development and execution of next-generation product strategies across broadband, mobile, entertainment (linear and streaming), and smart home services (automation and security). This executive will be responsible for identifying and shaping the future of converged experiences

where connectivity, content, and control come together to create seamless, intelligent, and personalized customer ecosystems. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, consumer behavior, and innovation. The VP will champion a "better together" philosophy, leveraging AI, automation, and cross-platform integration to define the connected home of tomorrow. Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the long-term vision for converged product experiences across broadband, mobile, video, and smart home platforms. Identify emerging technologies and market trends (e.g., AI, IoT, edge computing, ambient intelligence) to inform product strategy. Lead ideation and incubation of new product concepts that anticipate customer needs and industry shifts. Architect integrated product experiences that unify connectivity, content, and control into a cohesive ecosystem. Champion the development of AI-powered, context-aware services that enhance personalization, automation, and customer delight. Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to bring converged products to market with speed and scale. Collaborate with business unit leaders across broadband, wireless, video, and home automation to align roadmaps and unlock synergies. Influence investment decisions and resource allocation to prioritize high-impact innovation initiatives. Serve as a thought leader and internal evangelist for convergence and intelligent automation. Leverage data, research, and customer feedback to shape product direction and validate new concepts. Monitor competitive landscape and benchmark against global leaders in telecom, media, and smart home innovation. Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in product strategy, innovation, or technology leadership within telecom, media, or smart home industries. Proven track record of launching transformative products or platforms that span multiple service domains. Deep understanding of AI, IoT, cloud platforms, and digital ecosystems. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams. Preferred Attributes: Passion for redefining the connected home and digital lifestyle.
