Entry-Level Accountant

Assist with account reconciliation processes to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date records. Prepare and record accounting entries in compliance with established procedures. Support the creation and posting of journal entries to ensure proper documentation of financial activities. Collaborate with the team to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Contribute to the preparation of financial reports by gathering and organizing data. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation as required. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency in daily operations. Requirements: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures. Proficiency in handling bank and account reconciliations. Experience or familiarity with preparing journal and accounting entries. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant accounting software or tools. Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
