Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities. Support subcontractor management, procurement, and contract administration. Track project progress, budgets, and documentation. Help prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Conduct site visits and collaborate with field teams to ensure quality and safety. Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to support project goals. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 2-4 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction. Familiarity with tilt-wall and precast construction methods is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment. What's on Offer
