As an AV engineer, you will make an impact by ensuring the reliability and performance of our collaboration spaces. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with the health care teams. We are seeking a technically skilled AV engineer with 12 years of experience to support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated AV systems. This role is essential in ensuring the reliability and performance of our collaboration spaces, particularly as in-office activity increases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AV hardware, a strong understanding of Microsoft Teams Rooms, and a proactive approach to system monitoring and support. In this role, you will: Configure, deploy, and support AV hardware including Poly, Logitech cameras, Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, and display systems. Integrate AV systems with Microsoft Teams Rooms platforms. Monitor AV systems for performance, uptime, and usage trends; proactively identify and resolve issues. Provide real-time troubleshooting and resolution of AV issues in meeting rooms and collaboration spaces. Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and system optimizations. Collaborate with IT, facilities, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless AV operations. Deliver user training, create documentation, and support end-user adoption of AV technologies. $74,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
