Key Responsibilities and Duties
The Wealth Client Relationship Manager partners with Wealth Management Advisors in delivering client service and supporting high-net worth clients. Working under moderate supervision, this job operationally leads Wealth Management advisory teams to help high-net worth clients achieve their financial goals. This includes managing the responsibilities for a book of assigned clients, supporting the implementation of financial plan recommendations and the coordination of asset consolidation. Communicates clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship building skills. Manages time and resources efficiently and effectively to bring compounding value and excellence to our clients. Builds meaningful and long-lasting relationships, while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions. All licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days from start date. Educational Requirements
University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience
2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred FINRA Registrations

Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days Physical Requirements

In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
