Summary: Administrative liaison during off-shifts, weekends, holidays. Provides consultative services to provide efficient, effective, and safe patient care throughout the hospital. Uses interpersonal skills adeptly in one-on-one, family and group settings. Ability to utilize problem-solving skills and exhibit good judgment in responding to the changing environment. Establishes goals and priorities in accordance with patient, staff and organizational needs/objectives. Requirements: BSN/BS degree; MSN degree preferred. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois. At least 3-5 years of nursing experience. Prior management experience preferred. CPR certified. Work Shift Details: Nights -12 Hours, 7p-7a Nightshift
