Manufacturing Team Member
Are you seeking a hands-on job where you can put your skills to work and see the results of your labor every day? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team, building high-quality wooden pallets, crates, and panels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials to create pallets, crates, and panels. Operate hand tools, power tools, and saws safely and effectively. Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production specifications. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all workplace safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment. Assist with loading, stacking, and preparing products for shipment. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Cross train in different departments. Available shifts: A Shift Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 6:00 AM

6:00 AM Work experience: Previous manufacturing or woodworking experience preferred. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math for measurements. Experience using power tools, hammers, and pneumatic nail/staple guns preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures. Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed. Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
